  I accidentally downloaded over 5000 photos to my iPhone from my iCloud and MacBook Pro and didn’t know how to rectify the problem. I went into the Telstra shop at Warwick and was lucky to have help from Sam. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the problem in no time. Sam is also a very nice young man and such an asset to Telstra. I would like to say a big thank you to him.

  I set up a new plan for the internet, the took payment on the night, I have since received a bill for the full amount plus more and have been fighting with Telstra ever since.

  Went in to enquire about an Ipad PRO and it only took a minute or two to be sittig down discussing plans with Tammie who was down to earth, friendly and honest. Best experience at Telstrat Shop Warwick...Highly Recommended

  Telecoms company that can't answer a phone? The irony... Good customer service but forget when you're there. Although on 2 occasions I've gone in for help around 5 and the staff insist their system is down. I wasn't born yesterday, i call bs everytime they tell me that.

  Waiting 2 weeks for our ADSL modem to come in mail. After ringing Warwick telstra for an hour and no one answered. Then spent 1 hour and 14 mins talking to Telstra to find out that the modem had never been ordered by Warwick staff. My parents had spent an hour in the shop going through the ordering process!!
