  Poor service. Slow service. Dirty dining room. Ran out of 4 inch burger buns so built everything in 5 inch .... slopped together and all bun no food. Did not tell us.... had to work it out myself. 75 bucks for 8 of us. Quite annoyed.

  Lied to that a cheap chicken burger was the expensive one obly coje to drink and our ordsr was short 1 burger and food was cold and lied to twice terrible

  Not enough staff working. They dont clean seats and tables, service is slow (15 mins), coffee cold, and they run out of cutlery and food! Need better management and have happy staff serve you.

  The store itself was neat and well presented. counter staff were friendly too, but super slow and slack.

  This is the worst Hungry Jack's I've ever been to! The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Every time I go back thinking it will be better after months it never gets better.
