Was pleasantly surprised of just how beautiful the room was presented! Would definitely recommend 53 on Victoria for any travellers to Warwick!

Great place to stay with family. A quiet complex with very clean, large rooms. We had a 3 bedroom unit - myself and husband, 2 kids and my elderly parents. We were all very comfortable. Plenty of living space, well appointed kitchen, huge bathroom. We thought it was well set up, with plenty of extra bedding, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. We felt very welcome.

Wow, what a pleasant surprise, the accommodation and the the owners were just amazing. Big rooms, beautifully appointed decor and all the finishing touches you don't find in hotels for example quiet and private, fluffy towels, beautiful bedding, AND an amazing shower with water pressure YES so simple and they have got it right! well done and we'll be back.
